4. Very low thermal expansion and contraction ratio, no matter it is severe cold or heat, the coating on the surface of the box will not crack and fall off.
Surface treatment by soft putty. The delicate and soft putty has a great protective effect on the speaker paint when it is hit, and it is not easy to fall.
After grinding, the surface can be smooth and beautiful, which is more convenient for the production of the next process.
Then, by applying glass fiber reinforced plastic (epoxy resin + glass fiber), rain and snow can not erode the plate, and can effectively solve the inconsistency of the thermal expansion and contraction ratio between the plate and the paint, so that the paint may crack and fall off.
It is greatly reduced, so there will be no problems when using it in outdoor places.
